There is a lack of an efficient, structured system to connect surplus food donors with those in need. Many donors, including restaurants, households, and organizations, face challenges in finding recipients, managing donations, and ensuring food reaches the right people in a timely manner. On the other hand, recipients have limited access to real-time food availability and often miss opportunities due to inefficient communication channels. This gap results in unnecessary food waste and missed chances to support communities in need.
