Webflow Integration and API Development

Webflow integration connects your Webflow site to the systems you already run: CRM, email and marketing platforms, payment tools, and automation. We wire these up with native integrations, automation platforms like Zapier and Make, custom embeds, and the Webflow API, so form submissions, signups, and content flow where they need to without manual copying.

What it is

What is Webflow integration?

Webflow integration is the work of connecting a Webflow site to other software so data and actions move between them automatically. Typical connections include sending form leads into a CRM, syncing signups to an email platform, triggering payments, and pushing content or events into the tools your team uses to run the business.

Connections are built in layers: native integrations where they exist, automation platforms like Zapier and Make for no-code workflows, custom code embeds, and the Webflow API or Webflow Cloud for deeper, server-side logic. Since Webflow retired its built-in Logic automation feature, workflows that once ran natively are now rebuilt in tools like Zapier or Make, which is a common reason teams ask for this work.

What a Webflow integration includes

CRM connectionForm leads and contacts pushed into your CRM automatically, with fields mapped correctly.
Marketing and email syncSignups and segments synced to your email or marketing platform as people convert.
Automation workflowsMulti-step workflows built in Zapier or Make to replace manual, repetitive tasks.
Logic replacementsWorkflows that once ran on Webflow Logic rebuilt in Zapier or Make after the sunset.
Payment connectionsStripe and other payment tools wired to forms, checkouts, or member flows.
API and custom codeThe Webflow API and custom embeds used where native tools and Zapier fall short.

How we work

How we build Webflow integrations

1Map the systems

We list the tools to connect and the data that needs to move between them.

2Choose the method

We pick native integrations, Zapier or Make, the API, or custom code for each connection.

3Build connections

We build and configure each integration so data flows the way you need.

4Rebuild Logic flows

Where Webflow Logic was used, we recreate those automations in a supported tool.

5Test end to end

We run real data through each flow to confirm nothing is dropped or duplicated.

6Document and monitor

We document every connection and set up monitoring so failures get caught early.

Why it matters

Why integration matters

Good integration turns a Webflow site from an island into a connected part of how your business actually runs.

No manual data entry

Leads and signups flow straight into your tools, so no one re-keys form data by hand.

Faster follow-up

Contacts reach your CRM and email platform instantly, so responses happen sooner.

One connected stack

Webflow works alongside your CRM, payments, and automation instead of in isolation.

Who this is best for

The right fit

Best fit when Webflow needs to talk to your tools

Teams running a CRM, marketing platform, payment tools, or automations who need their Webflow site to feed and react to those systems automatically.

You might not need this

If you need logins, paywalls, or subscriptions rather than tool connections, that is membership work. See Webflow Membership and Gated Content. Deep back-office automation belongs with our AI and Automation services.

FAQs

Common questions about Webflow integration

What can I connect my Webflow site to?

Most business tools: CRMs like HubSpot or Salesforce, email and marketing platforms, payment processors like Stripe, scheduling and support tools, and databases. Connections use native integrations, Zapier or Make, the Webflow API, or custom code, depending on what the tool supports and how deep the integration needs to go.

Webflow Logic is gone. How do I replace those workflows?

Webflow retired its native Logic automation feature, so workflows it used to run are now rebuilt in automation platforms like Zapier or Make, which Webflow recommends. We map your existing Logic flows, recreate them in a supported tool, and test them so your automations keep working without the native feature.

Do you use Zapier, Make, or custom code?

Whichever fits the job. Zapier and Make handle most no-code workflows quickly and cheaply. For connections those tools cannot make, or for higher volume and custom logic, we use the Webflow API, custom embeds, or Webflow Cloud. We choose the simplest method that meets the requirement reliably.

Can you connect Webflow forms to my CRM?

Yes. Form submissions can be sent into your CRM automatically, with fields mapped to the right places and leads tagged or routed as needed. This removes manual entry and means new leads reach your sales team the moment a form is submitted.

What is the Webflow API used for?

The Webflow API lets external systems read and write Webflow content and data, which supports deeper integrations than no-code tools alone. It is used for things like syncing an external database to the CMS, custom data flows, and automations that native tools cannot handle. We use it when a project's needs go beyond Zapier or Make.

How is this different from your membership service?

Integration connects Webflow to other systems, with no login involved: data moving between Webflow and your tools. Membership is about logins, gated content, and subscriptions on the site itself. If you need authentication or paywalls, that is the membership page; if you need systems to talk to each other, this is the one.
