To humanize the AI experience, we infused warmth into every design decision. Rather than positioning Bake Boss as a sterile tech tool, we treated it like a friendly assistant in the kitchen. Soft pastel color palettes, rounded interface elements, and animated robot mascots were introduced to evoke comfort and companionship. The robot isn’t just a graphic — it becomes a visual narrator and guide, making users feel supported rather than instructed.
