Print & Marketing Collateral · Branding & Creative
Marketing materials, designed as one system: print-ready, accessible, and on brand everywhere.
Brochures, sell sheets, business cards, flyers, catalogs, direct mail, signage and event graphics, designed by a dedicated print and branding team, built to print perfectly, and made to stay consistent across every rep, office and region.
Most agencies hand you a folder of files. We hand you a system, built from scratch, or rebuilt from the inconsistent collateral you already have.

01, Two ways in
Two ways in, both lead to one coherent brand.
There are only two kinds of buyer, and this page is written for both.
DOOR · BUILD KIT · 16:10 Start from scratch
Build the full kit from your brand
You have a brand, or a fresh identity, and need the collateral to match: a brochure, sell sheets, a business-card and stationery system, event graphics, the lot. We design the complete set as one connected system so every piece feels like it belongs.
Start a from-scratch audit Fix what you already have
Redesign and re-systematize an inconsistent library
Every rep made their own one-pager. There's an old logo still floating around. Half your files won't print cleanly. We audit the whole library, unify it, modernize it, and rebuild it into one governed kit, then make it accessible. We are experts in redesign and redevelopment, and most teams who come to us start here.
Audit my existing collateralEach door implies its own starting point, a brand to build from, or an existing library to audit, but it's one expertise expressed two ways, never a separate service.
02, Why a system beats a folder
Anyone can design a brochure. We design the system that keeps your brand intact.
A pile of one-off files drifts. Six months later your team has three versions of the same sell sheet, two shades of your brand colour, and a logo nobody can find the source file for.
Authority teams treat collateral as a connected system, a single library plus locked templates so distributed teams stay on-brand without a designer in the loop. That's what we build: a coordinated kit where every piece shares one visual language, plus the templates and asset library that let your people reuse it correctly. The result is faster turnaround, zero version drift, and a brand that looks the same in a boardroom in one country and a trade-show floor in another.
Folder of files
Two logo colours, three versions of one sheet, a file that fails at the printer. No single source of truth.
One system
One visual language, one asset library, locked templates. Every piece belongs, and prints clean.
We don't hand you files. We hand you a collateral system your whole team can run.

"Print-ready" isn't a checkbox for us. It's the difference between sharp and embarrassing.
The fastest way to ruin good design is a file that wasn't built for the press. We set every print file up the way the industry actually requires it, so your printer never sends it back and your colours never surprise you.
Bleed (0.125"), artwork runs past the trim so no thin white edge shows after the blade cuts.
Trim line, the exact final size where the piece is cut.
Safe zone, logos and key text stay inside this margin so nothing important is lost.
We coordinate with your printer (or recommend one), supply a pre-press-checked PDF plus packaged source files, and proof before anything runs. You can hold the finished piece without a single nervous reprint.
| Requirement | Our standard | Why it matters |
|---|---|---|
| Colour mode | CMYK (not RGB), with Pantone/spot colours defined for exact brand matches | RGB designs shift colour on press; CMYK + spot keeps your brand colour true |
| Resolution | 300 DPI at final print size | Lower resolution prints fuzzy or pixelated |
| Bleed | 0.125 inch (3 mm) on every side | Prevents thin white edges when the piece is trimmed |
| Safe zone & trim | Critical text and logos held inside the safe margin, crop marks set | Keeps content from being cut off during trimming |
| Fonts & links | Fonts embedded or outlined; packaged InDesign/Illustrator files | No font substitution or missing-image surprises at the printer |
| Finishes | Matte, gloss, soft-touch, spot UV, foil, emboss/deboss, die-cut, specced and proofed | Finish is where premium brands feel premium |
05, Accessible by default
Designed to be read by everyone, accessible by default.
A growing share of your collateral lives as a downloadable PDF, and that PDF has to be usable by people with low vision, colour blindness and screen readers. We design to WCAG 2.2 AA from the start, not as a clean-up afterthought.

In practice that means body text meets a 4.5:1 contrast ratio (3:1 for large text), information is never carried by colour alone, PDFs are properly tagged with a logical reading order, images carry meaningful alt text, and links describe where they go. The print version looks beautiful; the digital version is genuinely inclusive, and your organization stays on the right side of ADA expectations.
7.8 : 1AA, normal textCrisp, legible body copy on screen and in print.
2.1 : 1Fails AAPale-on-pale text many readers simply can't see.
4.6 : 1AA, meets 4.5:1The minimum bar we hold all body text to.
Accessibility is both an expertise we deliver and a trust signal, your files are inclusive and defensible.
06, Every format, in depth
What each piece does, and how we build it.
Ten capabilities, one connected system. Here's what each one is for and what you get.

Brochure design services
Brochure, sell sheet & one-pager design
We design tri-fold, bi-fold and gatefold brochures, sell sheets and one-page leave-behinds that carry a single clear call to action and read in seconds. Each is built print-ready and matched to your brand system. Ideal as sales leave-behinds, event handouts and credibility pieces.

Business card design
Business card & stationery system design
A coordinated business-card, letterhead and stationery suite that makes the right first impression and keeps your whole team consistent, designed as a system, not one card at a time, with premium finishes (foil, emboss, soft-touch) specced and proofed.

Flyer design services
Flyer, poster & rack card design
Single-sheet flyers, posters and rack cards engineered to grab attention at a glance, strong hierarchy, one message, designed for fast distribution and reliable printing at any size.

Catalog design services
Catalog, lookbook & corporate report design
Multi-page catalogs, product lookbooks and annual/corporate reports with disciplined grids, clean typesetting and print-ready production across long page counts, the formats where consistency over many pages separates pros from templates.

Direct mail design
Direct mail & postcard design
Postcards, mailers and direct-mail pieces designed to feel personal and prompt action, set up to print and mail cleanly. We handle the design and pre-press of the mailer itself, not the mailing list.

Trade show booth design
Trade-show & event graphics design
Retractable/pull-up banners, step-and-repeat backdrops, booth backwalls and tabletop displays designed to read from across a crowded hall, sized to standard stands and built large-format print-ready.

Large format signage design
Large-format signage & environmental graphics
Posters, banners, wall and window graphics and environmental signage designed at scale with the right resolution and bleed for big formats, so your brand looks sharp at three feet and thirty.

Sales collateral design
Sales enablement collateral
Sell sheets, comparison one-pagers, case-study layouts and leave-behinds that help reps close, proof-led, on-brand and reusable. For slide decks and pitch presentations, see our presentation & pitch deck design.

Print ready file setup
Print-ready production & pre-press
Every file delivered in CMYK at 300 DPI with 0.125-inch bleed, crop marks, embedded/outlined fonts and packaged source files, plus printer coordination and proofing so nothing comes back from the press.

Marketing collateral templates
Branded templates & collateral systems
Locked, on-brand templates and an asset library so your team and regional offices produce compliant collateral themselves, with AI-assisted generation for variations at scale, the brand rules already built in.

Seen in the wild
Your brand, consistent from the first card to the trade-show wall.
One system means every piece a prospect touches looks like it came from the same company, because it did. That is what makes a small team feel like a category leader.

One accountable partner under one roof, with a dedicated print and branding team on your work.
You're not handed off to a marketplace freelancer or a white-label vendor with a markup. A dedicated branding and print team handles your collateral end to end, and because that team sits alongside our dedicated Web and AI teams under one roof, your printed materials, your website and your automation all share one visual language and one point of accountability. Depth where it counts, reach when you need it, and a single team that owns the outcome.

08, Collateral at scale
Then make it self-serve: collateral at scale, without breaking the brand.
Once the system exists, we can layer automation on top so your sales reps, regional offices and partners produce on-brand pieces themselves. Locked branded templates keep logos, colours and compliance language fixed while leaving the right zones editable, and AI-assisted generation can spin up localized variations of a sell sheet or one-pager in minutes, the brand rules already built in, so automation stays trustworthy. We build on Anthropic's models as a partner, not a dependency. It's the same expertise our AI Automation team brings to every kind of workflow.
09, How it runs
How a collateral project runs with us.
1
Audit
We review your brand and your existing materials (or your concept if you're starting fresh), find the gaps and inconsistencies, and define what "done" looks like. This is your free starting point.
2
Scope & strategy
We agree the exact pieces, formats, sizes, quantities and timeline, map each piece to where it's used in your buyer journey, and lock the brand system the whole kit will share.
3
Design & build
A dedicated team designs the coordinated set, with structured rounds of revisions. You see the system come together, not isolated files.
4
Pre-press & production
Every file is set print-ready (CMYK, 300 DPI, bleed, finishes) and proofed; the accessible PDF version is tagged and contrast-checked. We coordinate printing or hand off packaged files.
5
Launch & support
We deliver final assets plus, where you want it, the locked-template system and asset library so your team can reuse and reprint without drift. Ongoing support available.
10, Straight answer on cost
What marketing materials design costs: a straight answer.
Honest ranges, because the gap between a $50 template rework and a strategy-led design is real. Single pieces are usually project-priced; ongoing or large libraries work better on a retainer. Your exact quote comes out of the free audit, where we scope the actual pieces.
| What you need | Typical market range | Best fit |
|---|---|---|
| A single brochure or sell sheet | Roughly $300–$3,000 depending on pages, content and finish | Project price |
| Business-card & stationery system | Project-priced; lower per item, system-priced together | Project price |
| A full coordinated collateral kit | Agency projects commonly start around $3,000 and scale with scope | Project price |
| Ongoing collateral across many pieces / regions | Monthly retainer, typically scaling with volume | Retainer + templates |
Ranges reflect current market norms for professional, strategy-led design; cheap template reworks sit far below and rarely hold up across contexts. We'll give you a fixed scope and price, no surprises.
Figures shown are typical 2026 market ranges for professional design, not a 10Turtle quote. Your fixed price comes from the free audit.
11, Industries
Built for the teams that live and die on great collateral.
Marketing materials carry more weight in some sectors than others: a catalog for a retailer, a leave-behind for a SaaS sales team, a corporate report for a professional-services firm. We design for the way each industry actually uses print.

15, Questions
Straight answers.
Marketing collateral is the set of branded materials that inform and persuade buyers, most commonly brochures, sell sheets and one-pagers, business cards and stationery, flyers, posters, catalogs, direct mail, trade-show and event graphics, and signage. 10Turtle designs these as one coordinated system, in both print-ready and accessible digital (PDF) form.
A single brochure or sell sheet typically runs about $300–$3,000 depending on pages, content and finish, while full agency-led collateral projects commonly start around $3,000 and scale with scope; ongoing or multi-region work is usually a monthly retainer. Cheap template reworks sit far below those ranges and rarely hold up. Your exact, fixed quote comes out of a free audit.
It depends on the number of pieces and rounds of feedback. A single piece can move quickly; a full coordinated system takes longer because the brand system is built once and applied across everything. We agree a firm timeline at the scoping step.
A print-ready file uses CMYK colour at 300 DPI, includes a 0.125-inch (3 mm) bleed on every side, keeps critical content inside the safe zone, has fonts embedded or outlined, and ships with crop marks. We set every file to that standard, proof it, and coordinate with your printer or hand off packaged source files, so nothing comes back from the press.
Both. We're experts in redesign and redevelopment: we audit a sprawling, inconsistent library, retire old versions and rogue logos, and rebuild it into one governed kit, or we build the whole system fresh from your brand. Most teams come to us for the rebuild.
Yes. We design to WCAG 2.2 AA from the start, text meets a 4.5:1 contrast ratio (3:1 for large text), information is never conveyed by colour alone, and downloadable PDFs are tagged with logical reading order and alt text, so screen-reader and low-vision users can use them.
That's the point of building a system. We can deliver locked branded templates and an asset library, with logos, colours and compliance language fixed and only the right zones editable, and, where useful, AI-assisted generation for on-brand variations at scale. Your team produces compliant collateral without a designer in the loop.
This page is focused on print and print-ready marketing collateral. For social posts and paid-ad creative, see our social & digital design page; for slide decks, see presentation & pitch deck design. It's one accountable partner across all of them.
We design and handle full pre-press, then either coordinate printing for you or hand off packaged, press-ready files to your printer of choice, your call.

Send us your brand, or your messy folder of files. We'll show you the system.
The free marketing-materials audit is the easiest first step. Whether you're starting from zero or rebuilding an inconsistent library, we'll review what you have, flag what's holding it back (including files that won't print), and show you exactly what a coordinated, print-ready, accessible system looks like for your brand.
